Annotation

The article examines the interaction of humans and artificial intelligence in the context of the digitalization of the media environment, and provides an assessment of the qualitative changes in media texts as a result of this cooperation. Of particular interest is the phenomenon of co-authorship, when a text is created as a result of the interaction of two or more subjects, one of which is artificial intelligence. The use of neural networks in media practice generates a number of challenges in the field of law and ethics. It is important to understand how laws regulate the creation and use of artificial intelligence-generated content. Who is responsible for errors or harm caused by such content. This can include both legal and moral responsibility. Neural networks often use large amounts of data for training, which raises questions about privacy and data protection. It is important to consider how data is collected, stored, and used. Users should be informed that the content was created using artificial intelligence. This is important to maintain trust and honesty in the relationship between content creators and their audience.
