Annotation

The article analyses the phenomenon of intuition as an epistemological and cognitive mechanism of the production of new knowledge. Intuition is a link between extra-rational capacities and the rational actualisation of knowledge. Examines the history of the term intuition in the context of epistemological discourse, from Ancient China, Ancient Greece to the present day in the context of the philosophy of consciousness. We distinguish several levels of influence of intuition: epistemological, existential and social First and second levels may be relate with occult or mystic aspect of knowledge, but social level derives intuition beyond of subject. For the whole review of the problem of nature of intuition the autor refers to the most perspective trendof epistemology the biosemiotics, For a holistic coverage of the nature of intuition, the author turns to a promising trend in epistemology, biosemiotics, which looks at the sign system not only within human life, but goes far beyond it. Correlated with biosemiotics is the tendency to construct a new view of ontology in modern anthropology that breaks with anthropocentrism. A conceptual analysis of the phenomenon of intuition will clarify its functions in the field of science and philosophy, as well as bring it into the fundamental level of philosophical issue. Intuition thus becomes an interdisciplinary phenomenon, encompassing all areas of philosophy, from epistemology to social philosophy to cultural studies. The polymorphism of intuition will be presented in each section of this paper. This extensive material will show how the concept of intuitive knowledge, its sources and the impact of intuition on human life and society has evolved and changed.
