Annotation

This article analyzes the formation and development of the general hierarchy of law in the context of social philosophy, with its impact on social relations. The historical stages of changing the hierarchy of law are also considered: development, harmony, as well as threats of degradation. In the study of these changes, the influence on the legal hierarchy of the circumstances of opposition and interaction of the doctrines of natural and positive law, which affected public relations, is considered. As a result of the analysis, the author comes to the conclusion that the degree of legal priority of a society or an individual depends on the action and application of legal doctrines.
