Annotation
The article analyzes the main deficiencies in the moral and legal sphere, as well as in the sphere of cognition and information, which are the source and formative factors of social uncertainty. The article notes that legal and moral norms formulated and implemented at the level of state, official institutions create additional grounds for the emergence of social uncertainty due to the unpredictability of legislative activity, as well as discrepancies between officially declared and accepted by society spiritual values. The author emphasizes that informational limitations, information deficit and informational distortions are also a source of social uncertainty.
