Annotation
In the conditions of deformation of the «postyaltinsky order», the collapse of the USSR, the attempts of the American administration to create a unipolar world and the aggravation of foreign policy and economic relations between Russia and Western countries led by the United States, mutually beneficial contacts with a friendly country for us-the Republic of Belarus-are of particular importance. In the current political situation, it is possible with a certain probability to model the vectors of development of foreign policy activities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus — this is the subject of this article.
