TYPOLOGYOF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH METHODOLOGY IN THE CONTEXT OF CONCEPTS SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT PERSON AND SOCIETY

Paying significant attention to improving the qualifications of teachers who give lectures on the course “Methodology of Scientific Research” is an important task in improving modern education. In this regard, the importance of all levels of the methodology and its typology are shown. It is the emphasis on this “typological” approach that makes it possible to improve the qualifications of teachers giving lectures on this course, since it forms a holistic, universal understanding of the subject of research and teaching. The classification of ideas about methodology highlights “the genesis and evolution of the methodology of scientific knowledge”, “general scientific methodological approaches”, “natural scientific aspects of the methodology of science”, “methodology of the social and human sciences”, “interdisciplinary approaches”, “methodology in the contexts of epistemology and ontology of science”. The preparation of the presented material combined the clarification of the most important and specific elements of the course with the growth of a general universalist approach in the process of teaching it. It was this increase in generalizations that linked the typology of methodological research and the concept of sustainable development into a single whole. In terms of training specialists for the northern territories and the Arctic, this acquires special importance.
