Annotation

The article deals with the Eurasian concept of political arrangement of Russia in the context of social transformations of the twentieth century. The ideological evolution of Eurasianism from historical and ethnological studies to registration in a broad social and political movement. Eurasian concept of the state is considered from the perspective of Christian anthropology and personalism N.А. Berdyaev. The article is reproduced Rossijskoj critical evaluation of the doctrine of «General will».
