Annotation
The article presents a comprehensive theoretical analysis of the role of ideology in the digital era, focusing on its influence on virtual communities and personal identity,
where classical concepts are adapted to the workings of algorithms in social networks, echo chambers, and personalized news feeds. It reveals mechanisms of control, meaning production, reality substitution, and filling internal voids, with a detailed examination of the transformation of communities into tools of ideology, the disintegration of identity under the impact of topic selection, interpretive frames, and emotional influence, as well as a critique ranging from mass culture to the era of fake news. The analysis concludes with ethical principles of independent thinking and open discussion to counter artificial images, providing a profound understanding of changes in the era of complete informatization.
