Annotation

The article discusses the essence, as well as the socio-historical and scientificmethodological prerequisites for the emergence and development of the theory of geneticcultural evolution, which was formed within the framework of the initial ideological origin of the philosophical conceptual direction — sociobiology, which developed as a separate scientific worldview at the turn of the 20th–21st centuries.
