Annotation

The article is devoted to the problem of formulating the concept of «One» as a characteristic of the Universe, as it given by Plato in disclosing the essence of Cosmos, and further disclosing this concept in the history of European and Russian philosophy, up to the characteristics of the noosphere and the «non-linear Universe» by modern Russian scientists.
