The journal uses double-blind peer review as a peer-review procedure, all manuscripts are reviewed by at least two competent reviewers. Accepted manuscripts must meet high scientific standards. If the reviewers recommend accepting the manuscript after revision, the authors must make all the proposed changes (or justify their refusal in a written form). The reviewer reviews the manuscript after author’s revision. If the reviewer is satisfied with the quality of the revised manuscript, the manuscript is accepted for publication.
